Fell in love with Mary Beth's manolo bahniks at our Memorial Day BBQ.  Had to get a feel for them since according to MB, Faith Hill wore them during a shoot back in NY a few years ago.  Although I would never spend close to the amount of $ these shoes are worth, I certainly apprecaite them.

Serisiouly? Who steals broccoli out of a vegetable garden? Apparantly someone in our neighborhood.  Gill has done such an amazing job at growing these vegetables and one of our precious brocolli stalks was snapped off during our Puerto Rican vaca. Bummer!

We spent the day snorkeling. We were let off to explore the pictured island, which apparently is the most filmed and photographed island in the Caribbean (also where Johnny Depp was filmed in Pirates of the Caribbean IV).  For the final evening, we were wowed by the acapella entertainers ( a Puerto rican group who won the Sing Off TV show) a delicious 4 course meal and a grand finale of fire works!

Today (as seen in skin tone), included was more pooling action.  The evening event was located at Hacienda Allegre, a private house in the middle of the rain foreset often rented out for parties.  Essentially a tree-house, this place was surrounded only be miles of rain forest.  The down-pour made it the perfect setting to sample the variety of Rums of Puerto Rico.

Today we played in the pool all day (except for a few hours spent in the spa).  The featured jumped out of a palm tree, into the pool with us!  At night, we had a night out on the town of Old San Juan.  We ate at Dragon Fly, an Asian Fusian restaurant (with awesome sushi).  We then explored the city, and came across a fantastic fort with a killer over-look.

Welcome to St. Regis Bahia Beach.  One of the most picturesque locations in the world.  Right on the water, acres and acres of palm trees, beach and wild life.  We were welcomed by (what seemed like) the entire hotel staff, then escorted by our "butler" to our amazing room, and treated to a fabulous night with flowing pina coladas and rain drops too.

Pretty much spent the entire day lounging/drinking by the pool. Perfection. At night, we kayaked into the Bio-Bay, a body of water that when the sunsets, has bio-luminescent microorganisms that makes the water glow. Sooo cool.

I was selected as the co-pilot of that tiny 8-seater, from San Juan to Vieques. It was all worth it as we landed on the beautiful oasis that was the W.  Our lodging was surrounded by lush greenery, an infinity pool, private beach and wild horses!

This is the orchid that Tammy got us back in January...it lived for months then a few weeks ago I lost all hope when all the visible flowers had died.  I was so happy to see this week that it came back to life and started budding too!

So proud of the progress our garden is making. The grapevine is creeping up the fence, all the flowers blooming beautifully and the broccoli, lettuce and herbs are thriving!
